Agave Parrasana

Agave parrasana (or Cabbage Head Agave) is hardy down to -5°C when kept dry in winter, making it suitable for UK climates, though it may benefit from container planting for easy winter protection. Growing to 45-60 cm in height and width, it’s ideal for small gardens, patios, and arid beds. Minimal watering is needed, especially in winter, to prevent root rot, making it a low-maintenance option.
